A high-end building materials company faced issues like curing bubbles and uneven adhesive strength in its two-component polyurethane floor glue. The cause was trace moisture (300–500 ppm) reacting with isocyanates, generating CO₂ bubbles. To address this, the company used 3A activated powder for efficient dehydration—successfully resolving the problem.
Add 3% 3A activated powder to polyol, stir at 60°C for 30 min, then filter or use directly.
