4A molecular sieve is a type of synthetic zeolite (sodium aluminosilicate) with a uniform pore size of approximately 4 angstroms (0.4 nm). It selectively adsorbs molecules with a kinetic diameter less than 4Å, such as water, CO2, NH3, and H2S.
